Who we are
Tools for Education (tools.education, with companion entry at toolseducation.com) is an independent information hub for Florida parents. We are not the Florida Department of Education and not a Scholarship Funding Organization.
The legal entity named for lead sharing is Creative Ones Academy LLC.
Sister brands named in this stub are labeled separate offers:
- Ahvian The Creative (products)
- Creative Ones Academy (classes) at creativeones.art
They are not this hub, and they are not scholarship programs.
What we collect and why
This hub is built for parents. In the 90-day bet we intend parent-only capture — not child accounts.
If you sign up, we collect the contact you choose to give us on the form. The planning lock is email or equivalent, used to:
- Send Tools for Education updates about Florida home education and scholarship-navigation information.
- Share that contact, as disclosed, with sister brands under Creative Ones Academy LLC (see Sharing, below).
We may also collect ordinary site-use information (for example, pages viewed) so we can understand whether the hub is useful. For the 90-day bet, site measurement uses Google Analytics 4. Email send/list tools are a separate capture vendor; the locked implementation choice is Klaviyo. Naming those vendors here is an implementation fact, not a claim about their legal terms, certifications, or “approval.”
We do not use this page to collect scholarship applications, and we do not use signup as an eligibility review.
Sharing
We may share parent contacts under Creative Ones Academy LLC with:
- Ahvian The Creative (products)
- Creative Ones Academy (classes)
so those sister brands can send related offers. That sharing is the locked lead-share model. It is disclosed on signup.
We may also use service providers to host the site, send email, and measure page use. We do not put passwords, API keys, or other secrets in this policy.
We do not describe this hub as selling scholarship awards, guaranteeing funds, or listing “approved vendors.” Official eligibility, provider status, and purchase rules stay with EMA, Find Providers, MyScholarShop, and your SFO.
What we do not collect on purpose (90-day)
- Child accounts, child profiles, or student logins
- Forum accounts or RAG / AI chat history (out of the 90-day bet)
- Payment-card data for scholarship wallets (this hub is not a payment portal)
If a later phase adds those, it needs a new decision — not a silent expansion of this stub.

Changes
This is a 90-day stub. If the policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date. Public launch after the bet, or any counsel unlock, is a new decision.
