Step Up For Students updated the format of its 2026–2027 family handbooks and purchasing guides page so families can read the current handbooks and purchasing guides online and download a PDF, with handbooks revised as of 10/28/2026 for the Personalized Education Program (PEP), Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA), and Private School scholarships (FTC/FES-EO). Why it matters: Florida scholarship families managing PEP or FES-UA accounts can review updated purchasing guidelines and handbook rules directly through the Step Up For Students portal (Zareh, Hub Chief chat, 2026-11-03).
